About Forzur

No accountmanagers.No layers.

A senior web development studio in Raleigh. We kept it small on purpose, so the people you talk to are the people writing the code: no hand-offs, no agency markup, no surprises.

Our story

How we got here.

Five years of deliberately staying small, and getting sharper about what that actually buys the people we build for.

2020Two operators, one idea

The beginning

Forzur began with one clear idea: cut the agency overhead. Two senior operators partnered directly with founders who needed real software without the markup, the account managers, or the layers in between. Our first build, a local e-commerce site, set the standard for everything that followed.

2022No junior hand-offs

Sharpening the model

After enough projects to know what truly worked, we committed to staying lean. No junior hand-offs and no project managers translating between you and the people writing the code. Just direct senior delivery and accountability that sticks around long after launch.

2024Scope agreed up front

A repeatable process

We turned everything we had learned into a clear, end-to-end process. The same hands work on every project, scope and timeline are agreed up front, and your single point of contact is also the person doing the work.

2025Deliberately small

Where we are today

A deliberately small studio partnering with founders, operators, and growing teams who want senior web development without the agency markup. The people you talk to are the people building your site, and that is the entire point.

How we work

Four things we don't bend on.

01

The person you talk to writes the code

No account manager relaying messages, no junior picking up the ticket. Your point of contact is the senior engineer building your site.

02

Small on purpose

We stayed lean deliberately. Fewer projects at once means the same hands on your build from first message to launch.

03

Scope and price agreed up front

You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start. No scope creep, no surprise invoices at the end.

04

We're still here after launch

Shipping isn't the hand-off point. The team that built it maintains it, so accountability doesn't disappear on go-live day.

The difference

Why teams leave agencies for us.
